When we get a tub we go through it completely and replace/rebuild everything that it needs. This tub had noticeable leaks and rot on the bottom.

Beginning the process of removing the rotten bottom.

The bottom is completely removed and inspected for additional frame damage. Additional damage was found on (3) 2x4's which were removed and replaced. The rest of the frame was solid and did not need replacing.

This particular tub had front frame damage so we removed the bad framing and replaced it.
The black board is the original frame while the board to the left is actually just a support board we install while rebuilding the tub.

Here we have replaced all the bad framing and secured all of the old frame to the new.

We replaced the entire bottom of the tub and used screws instead of staples which can not rust. This manufacturer originally used staples which rust.

At this point we went through the tub and secured everything to the new tub base.
We then filled the tub and checked to make sure everything was working properly and not leaking. We found leaks and repaired them.

The heater, the top side control panel, the jets and diverters all worked perfectly. One pump, although working perfectly, had a strange sound so we replaced it anyways.

We then replaced the entire stereo system which comes with a one year warranty.

All the panels were then installed along with the stereo.
